How to Measure Your Diameter
1. Measure a ring you already wear
Place your ring on a ruler or caliper and read the inner diameter in millimetres.
This number is your size — simply match it to S, M, or L.
2. Measure your finger if you don’t have a ring
- Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the ends meet and measure that length (the circumference).
- Divide the circumference by 3.14 to find your diameter in millimetres.
S — For diameters 16–17 mm
M — For diameters 17–18 mm
L — For diameters 18.5–19.5 mm
XL — For diameters 19.5–20.5 mm
