And if a piece is especially delicate or needs a deeper clean, it’s always worth taking it to a professional. With simple, mindful care, your jewelry will keep its shine and charm for a very long time.
Find Your Perfect Size
Place your ring on a ruler or caliper and read the inner diameter in millimetres. This number is your size — simply match it to S, M, or L.
S — For diameters 16–17 mm
M — For diameters 17–18 mm
L — For diameters 18.5–19.5 mm
XL — For diameters 19.5–20.5 mm

Your first repair is complimentary. Shipping costs for sending the piece to and from Jān are covered by the customer.

Returns & exchange
You have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@janartisanal.com. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be processed.
A €6.95 flat-rate return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.
